As part of my Art assignment for my history presentation, I went to lookd for the movie on my chosen artist. Frida Kahlo, since my teacher also has a certain liking towards her works. No surprises, Mrs Jonoh was the one who introduced me to her works. Which was kind of like HUH cause I wasnt really attracted to her workd cause they seemed odd and some of them looked cult like and scary.

But then whenI chose her(forced to actually, cause MC Escher was already taken- but its a blessing in disguise!!) and watched her movie, Frida, I started to respect her, as an artist. She was amazing in what she does and all her works mean a lot to her. She of course, was different, part of her charm, Im guessing. She dressed like a man once, got into the whole lesbian thing just for fun(i think).

The movie made me laugh, cringe, ALMOST cry, and possibly feel every feeling there is to be felt and I must say, Im a happy art student to have chosen such an artist. NOW IM GONNA ACE THIS PRESENTATION.. JUST HAVE TO FIND THE RIGHT WORDS TO SAY!!!
